This business is very professional and caring. Although I just walked in without an appt, they still sat down with me and explained everything. As I was leaving the following day, they were thoughtful and comprehensive in all that needed to be accomplished in one day. They were very considerate in talking care of our loved one. A young woman named Laura took care of me and my daughter-in-law at the Samaritan Funeral and Cremation Services on 1505 E. McDowell Rd. She was very kind. When I mentioned that I had a planter that my husband had given me and wanted to use it to keep his ashes in, she was willing and able to do that for me. She put him into a plastic bag and sealed it so that he would not get wet and shrink. Thus I was able to keep his ashes at home in a precious pot.
