Kathleen Larson

Kathy Larson (Marlo) Passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2022, with her husband and niece Beverly McGrath by her side.

She was born on January 27, 1950, to Vincent and Wanda Marlo in Detroit, Michigan.   Kathy moved from Detroit and was a resident of Phoenix , Arizona since November 1991.

Kathy was a graduate of Wayne State University, Detroit, MI in 1978 with a B.A. Majoring in Anthopology-Sociology.  She worked as a Child Support Services Officer II, Specialized Debts for the state of Arizona.

Kathy enjoyed  cruises, old movie trivia, word games, her old 45's and LP's, scrabble, card games, picnics and bowling.  She will be remembered with love and affection by all her friends and family.

She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Galan Larson, and stepson Matthew Larson.  She is also survived by her six grandchildren:  Ariel, Matthew, Maxton, Jackson, Jinger, and Averleigh;  her siblings:  John Marlo, Mary Ann Campbell and Bill Marlo; several nieces and nephews and their extended family members.

She was predeceased by:  her parents;  brothers, Bob and Ray; and sister, Joanne Smith.
