Obituary of Jeanette Ann Gurski

Jeanette Ann Gurski of Phoenix, Arizona passed on December 28, 2022. She was 68 years old. Born in Bayonne, New Jersey, she graduated from Cranford High School and went on to study Fine Arts at Union College in NJ and the Philadelphia College of Art. Jeanette began her career in the fashion industry, working for Yves Saint Laurent and later designing her own clothing. She moved to Santa Monica, California in the early 80’s and a few years later, she found her home in Phoenix, AZ where Jeanette began a career in the legal field. Jeanette retired as top-notch paralegal with extensive experience in civil litigation, including the areas of family law, estate planning and probate law, criminal law and insurance defense.

Jeanette is survived by her brother Edward Gurski and his wife Linda of Morganville, NJ, her sister Mary Beth McDonough and her husband Mark of Pennington, NJ, and her brother Justin Gurski and his wife Kristine of Middletown, NJ, along with nieces, nephews, and many friends who were like family to her. She was predeceased by her parents Edward and Rita Gurski and her sister, Nancy Lopes.

Services for Jeanette will take place on Saturday, January 28, 2023 10:00 a.m. at Roosevelt Community Church in Phoenix, AZ.
