

Obituary of Megan Allison Geronimi
Megan Allison Geronimi, 18 years old, was born on August 29, 2003 to
Allen and Heather Geronimi, went home to be with her Heavenly Father on the
morning of August 4, 2022. She lost her battle with brain cancer after a brave and
courageous fight.
During her high school years, she enjoyed singing in the Choir. She graduated
from Pinnacle High School in May 2021, and was awarded the Presidential Honors
Scholarship from Paradise Valley Community College.
She enjoyed hiking, volunteering at Sonoran Crossing, working at Lychee Kitchen and
Desert Highlands Golf Course, helping out with vacation bible school, and youth
group.
She will be long remembered for her amazing courage, compassion for people, zest
for life, positive outlook, and joyful spirit.
She is preceded in death by her Great Grandmother Verna Rosenquist,
Grandmother Judy Phillips, and Grandfather Earle Powis.
She is survived by her parents, Allen and Heather Geronimi, brother, Philip and
sister, Sarah, Grandmother Carol Powis, Uncle Mark (Shadi) Powis, Aunt Bethany
(Wally) Peterson, Aunt Lanie (Michael) Hubka, Aunt Joan (Eric) Spangler, Aunt
Verna Cole and cousins; Emily and Ryan Powis, Lindsay and Kaylee Peterson,
Michael and Ryan Hubka, Grace and Zach Spangler, April Black, Steven and Jacob

A Celebration of Life Service in Phoenix, Arizona will be held on Saturday,
August 20, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Northern Hills Community Church, 2740 East
Union Hills Drive.
Following a Luncheon afterwards.
