Obituary of Richard Martin Allen

Richard M. Allen, 89, of San Diego, formally Lincolnshire, IL, passed away on June 3, 2023.

Son of the late John and Agnes Allen, beloved husband to the late Susan Allen for 57 years; loving father to Kimberly (Todd) Gambit, Cynthia (Mark) Milone, and Elizabeth (Dan) Peck; cherished grandfather to Tony, Sam, Christopher, Lauren, Alex, Jamie, and Sophia; dear brother to Jack (Eleanor) Allen, sister's to Agnes (the late Joe) DeJacamo, Jeanne (the late Jim) Gillespie, the late Rosemary (the late Sal) Giordano, Patricia (the late Tony) Figliola; and treasured uncle to 20 + nieces and nephews.

A funeral mass will be held on Friday, June 23, 2023 11:30am at Church of St Mary, 175 E. Illinois Road, Lake Forest, IL 60045. Interment St. Mary Cemetery, Lake Forest IL.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to American Diabetes Association or Tunnel to Towers in his memory.
